SHIPPING POLICY

Where we ship: Spain, the euro area countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia and Slovenia), the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Poland, the Czech Republic, the United States, Canada, Mexico and Australia.

Shipping origin: we pack and ship every order ourselves.

Delivery time:

Spain: 1 to 4 business days.
All other countries: 4 to 9 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons, because of customs checks or for reasons beyond our control.

Shipping cost: shown at checkout in your country's currency.

Free shipping on orders of 2 or more units.

Tracking: when your order ships, we will email you the tracking number.

Customs and import taxes: in the European Union, prices include VAT and there are no additional charges on delivery. In countries outside the EU (the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, the United States, Canada, Mexico and Australia), import duties or taxes may apply depending on each country's rules. Unless they are shown and charged at checkout, these charges are your responsibility. If you refuse them and the parcel is returned to us, they will not be refunded.

Incorrect address or unclaimed parcels: please check your shipping address carefully. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or because it was not collected, reshipping costs will be charged to you.

Lost or damaged parcels: if your parcel arrives damaged, take photos and email us within 48 hours at projectagoal@gmail.com. If tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days in Spain, or 15 business days in other countries, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Delays: if your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, you may cancel it for a full refund.
