TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. Seller. These terms govern purchases made on www.projecta-goal.com. The store is operated by Projecta Goal, email projectagoal@gmail.com, phone +34 674 374 842.

2. Acceptance. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms. The terms that apply are those in force at the time you place your order.

3. Products. We sell LED car door courtesy light projectors with football team crests, and their accessories. Images are for illustration only: the colour and brightness of the projection may vary depending on the vehicle, the surface and ambient light. Please check compatibility with your car using the measurements shown in the product photos before you buy.

4. Where we sell and ship. We sell and ship to Spain and to the other countries listed in our Shipping Policy. We pack and ship every order ourselves. Delivery times and shipping costs are described in that policy.

5. Prices and payment. Prices are shown in your country's currency and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your purchase. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers, and we never store your card details.

6. Orders. The contract is formed when you receive our order confirmation email. We may cancel an order in the event of an obvious pricing error, lack of stock or suspected fraud. In that case, we will refund the full amount paid.

7. Shipping, returns and warranty. These are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Returns and Refund Policy.

8. Newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter, you agree to receive marketing emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every email.

9. Liability. Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.

10. Data protection. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and complaints. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you live outside Spain, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at projectagoal@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve it.
