RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Right of withdrawal. You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

How to request a return. Email us at projectagoal@gmail.com with your order number and a statement that you wish to return the product. You can also use the withdrawal form at the end of this policy. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send anything back without contacting us first, because parcels sent to the wrong address cannot be processed.

Conditions. You must send the product back within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. It must be unused, in its original packaging and with all accessories. If the product shows signs of use that reduce its value, we may deduct that loss in value from your refund.

Return shipping costs. You pay the cost of return shipping, unless the product is faulty or not what you ordered. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, because we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds. We will refund the amount paid, including the original standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. The refund will use the same payment method as the original purchase. We may hold the refund until we receive the product or you provide proof that you have sent it back.

Faulty or damaged products. If your product arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a video of the issue and we will offer a solution: a replacement or a refund.

Warranty. Consumers in the European Union have a legal guarantee of conformity of 3 years under Spanish consumer law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007). Customers in other countries keep the rights granted by the mandatory consumer laws of their country.
